Did you know that if you are under 21 you might not be able to get a credit card? Thats right, the new laws have taken effect and unless you have a co-signer or can show financial responsibility you will not be able to get a credit card! For the press release with the changes that may affect you email us at info@usccra.com and put “ccard laws” in the subject line.
